    How does Fhydes work?

    Fhydes provides calling and chat features using a Fhydes ID. The app registration flow does not ask for your personal phone number or email address.

    Website purchases are a separate flow: the shop uses your email address to deliver purchase information, and Stripe processes your payment. See the Privacy Policy for website data handling and Purchase Terms before buying codes.

    Using an ID rather than your phone number does not by itself guarantee anonymity in every situation. Be careful about the information you share with contacts.

    Where can I learn about Fhydes?

    Fhydes is provided by Nika Polska sp. z o.o. You can find the current iPhone app, its version and compatibility details in the App Store.

    This website explains access-code purchases and provides contact options. For a question about the app or an existing purchase, use Support.

    On which devices does Fhydes work?

    The current public Fhydes listing is for iPhone and requires iOS 15.0 or later. Before buying access codes, check the current App Store compatibility information and whether the app is available for your device and region.

    Keep your device software updated. This website does not currently offer an Android download.

    What should I do before changing phones?

    Before changing phones, contact Fhydes Support about the account you use. Do not assume that contacts or conversation history will automatically move to another device.

    Keep your account-access information private. Do not send passwords or recovery secrets in an email or support form.

    Where can I read about personal-data handling?

    The Privacy Policy explains data handling for this website, including purchases, payment processing and support requests. The Cookie Policy explains website cookies and consent choices.
